Very clean and humble hotel. Great location. Free wifi. Perfect for business traveler. No minibar but drinks available at the reception desk. Staff creates nice atmosphere and provides a first class breakfast, scrambled eggs, perfect home made muesli, fresh fruits. I'll stay here again.

The public areas [lobby (at the first floor and not at the street level), breakfast room, staircase] are pretty and pleasant. Breakfast is nice (with home-made muesli), staff was helpful. The location is good - across from the Ostbahnhof (half an hour from airport with S8); right next to Tram #19 - takes you to the center in 10-15 minutes. The neighborhood of the hotel is also very nice to walk in and there are possibilities to dine in the area (good tapas around the corner). Would come back here.
The room (Standard Double Room) was quite spartan and small.

staff kindness and ready to help, toilet cleanness, nice room style
pity the rooms are not equipped with air co which makes this hotel not usable during summer

What a staircase! I'd certainly recommend the hotel: the staff are friendly, the rooms very clean and reasonably equipped, the location is excellent. Get there reasonably early if you want to use the car park, there are fewer spaces than there are rooms, and you'll need a key to get in and out (it's across the street). Very easy to get into the city centre from here. We had a superior room, it was still fairly basic so I wonder what the other rooms are like. Didn't have the breakfast as there are plenty of good value options in the area.
Nothing significant, although I'd imagine the lack of ac would be a problem at the height of summer. Unfortunately it was piddling down on our trip in July. (There was a fan in the room, but not ac).

The hotel room and premises are new, clean and comfortable enough. The staff is very helpful and kind. Breakfast is not so expensive and it is enough.
The mattress was quite soft for me.

The staff here are so friendly and really go out of their way to help you out - top-notch customer service! the vibe is super chill and relaxing, perfect for unwinding. Plus, it's in a great spot that's not too close to the Metro, so it's nice and quiet around here. 🌟

Really close to the train station and easy to find Yet the location was quiet and not dodgy (as is the case when within a 200m of a train station anywhere) Staff spoke good english all the time Hotel room was clean and comfortable - toilets were spacious
